Ancillary Meetings

Translational Science 2012 boasts integration between disciplines and shared successes from bench to bedside — Improving Health Through Research and Training. We encourage and welcome participation from all individuals involved in clinical and translational science including biostatisticians, research nurses, researchers, educators and scholars.

We would like to extend a special invitation to all special interest groups, organizations and CTSA committees to meet in conjunction with Translational Science 2012 being held April 18-20, 2012 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. Translational Science 2012 is the only meeting of its kind that brings together trainees, educators, and all others engaged in clinical and translational science, uniting individuals from academia, industry and philanthropy across all disciplines. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to share best practices among others focused on translational science.

We will provide complimentary meeting space for all groups interested in meeting during the conference. Space is available on a first-come-first-serve basis on Wednesday before the start of the conference as well as Thursday and Friday before and after scheduled sessions.

If you are interested in hosting a special interest group, key function committee meeting or other ancillary meeting, please complete this Ancillary Space Request Form.  In addition to providing complimentary meeting space, we will also list your function in the onsite meeting program. Your ancillary meeting can be open to all Translational Science 2012 attendees or just a small invited group depending on your preferences.
